Srushti began to prepare herself for her UPSC examination in her 3rd year as an engineering student. As she finished her degree, she wondered if engineering was the best choice for her. In the following years, she realized that her dream was civil services and started to focus on it. Parents encouraged her to become civil servants and seek a job in the public service. She did not lose motivation and was focused on her goal to become an IAS. In order to be a candidate for UPSC the candidate must be more diligent. The student also studied for UPSC exams while doing her engineering studies. This exam preparation was done every day. She was able to pass the exams for engineers in less than 1 1/2 months. She stayed clear of social activities and all social media sites. The focus she believes is vital to pass the examination to get a government job, and work as a civil servant.
